アジフライ。子どもの頃は好きではなかったですが、年齢を経る毎に好きになってきています。
っと、先日、靖国神社にいったときにたまたま見かけて、その後、話題の店と知り、BMしていました。ようやく訪問できました。
アジフライ定食のみ、というシンプルなメニュー構成です。以前はもっと安かったようですが、今は、この時代のせいか、1800円。そのせいかもしれませんが、並びなどはなく、平日の11時50分にすんなり入れ（店内8割の入り）その後も、満席になることはありませんでした。周りの定食屋が半額で出しているわけですから、自ずから近隣の方の普段使いは使われなくなっているのだと思います。
アジフライ、サクサクで味があり、大変美味しいです。レモン、塩、醤油、ソース、タルタル、季節限定の青唐辛子醤油など、味変アイテムが一杯あり、飽きさせません。もともとのアジフライの味がよいですから、タルタルとかはあまり合うとは思いませんでした。
圧巻は、卵黄の醤油漬けとパルメザンチーズをアジの上に載せてオンザライスでたベる、という店推奨の食べ方です。その通りにしてみましたが、確かに旨い！
この値段でなければ、もっと気軽にこれる気がします。
ちなみに、運営会社を調べたところ、九州の小さな会社でした。本当はもっと大きいフードカンパニーが背後にいるのかもしれません。
