【とりせん市ヶ谷店】さんへ訪問してきました
17時頃訪問しましたがまた空いてましたが18時回るとサラリーマンで混雑してます
店内入ると真新しくて清潔感あります
とりせんって事で鶏料理が中心の中、海鮮メニューなどもありました
飲み放題もあり生ビール付き90分で¥1300
120分だと¥1600とかなりリーズナブル

黄身があることでまろやかになりました

熱々の鉄板でジュージュー
ほんのり甘い醤油タレをかけたら蒸発して香ばしさもアップ
鶏はプリップリでした
・鶏ももの一枚揚げ
カリッカリに揚げられたもも肉は香ばしい
1噛みしたら鶏の旨みが口いっぱいに広がります
タレはポン酢・エビチリ・マヨネーズ・カットレモンの4種類
・肉刺し三種盛り
もも・むね・砂肝の3種盛り
ももは歯応えがあり皮の香ばしさが口いっぱいに広がりますしコリっとした食感、噛めば噛むほど旨味を味わえました
むね肉は肉厚なのにめちゃ柔らかいむね肉でした
砂肝は臭みもなくプルンとした食感で美味しい
ニンニク・生姜・醤油・塩ごま油・ネギ・玉ねぎと薬味も揃ってます
玉ねぎは新玉なのかな？下処理されてるのか甘くて美味しい
・自家製出汁巻き玉子
しっかり目な玉子焼きは出汁がしっかり効いてて美味しかったです
2人で数品頼んだらお腹いっぱいになるくらいボリュームあるお料理
提供スピードは早く満足度高いです
喫煙可能ですので喫煙者には嬉しい居酒屋さん、匂いはそれほど感じませんでした
ドリンク飲み放題がお得でリーズナブルに飲めますからお仕事帰りのサラリーマン、もちろん飲み会にも適してそうです
市ヶ谷で鶏料理でしたらとりせんさんですね
