普段はランチでガレットを頂きますが、この日はデザートの気分。寒くてアイスクリームは遠慮したかったので、バナナとホイップという王道メニューにしました。ノンアルのアップルサイダーを飲みながらしばし待ちます。
切り口をカリッと焦がしてあるバナナ、生クリームの優しい甘さ、少しビターでしっかりしたチョコレート。最高の組み合わせです。もう一枚食べたい!
