サービスが最高のレストラン
コロナ対策が完璧だと聞いて友人4人と訪問。
大雨の日でしたが、お店が飯田橋駅から近いのがありがたいです。
入り口での検温に消毒、マスク置き用の紙袋の用意、
テーブルも2ｍ以上の感覚で設置などがありました。
天上がとても高く、ゴージャスな雰囲気です。
頼んだのは5,280円の平日ドリンク2杯付きのコース。
コロナ禍のため、2名を超える人数ではお酒の提供ができないため
ソフトドリンクで乾杯。
お料理はどれも十分美味しく、少しずつなのにお腹がいっぱいになりました。
常に食事の様子をみていてくれて、不在時に食事を置かれるなんてことは絶対なく
誰かが席を立っていると全員が揃うまでサーブを待ってくれていたようでした。
特にパンが美味しく、ふわふわのポイップバターが絶品でした。
パンはお土産にまでいただけて、お土産パンの説明を見ると
半生で焼いてあって、サーブ直前に再度焼いてふっくら感とパリパリ感を
だしていたようです。
自宅でも同じふわふわ感を再現することができ、とても美味しくいただきました。
デザートは盛り合わせで、5種類くらいから選ぶのですが
食べられるなら全部どうぞ、ということで全部いただきました。
色々チョイスできるも嬉しかったです。
デザート時はソファ席に移動してをお勧めしていますとのことで
移動してゆっくりくつろぎました。
ドリンクが2杯もつくので食後のコーヒーは１杯かと思ったら
なんとお代わり自由で何度も注いでいただけました。
過度ではなく、かといって不満も残らないような適度なサービスに感激しました。
ぜひともまた伺いたいお店になりました。
