神楽坂にあるお洒落なビストロ。年末最後の贅沢に、と予約してディナーに家族で訪問。週末ということもあり、予約で満席のようです。
コースメニューは３種類あり、それぞれ選べる選択肢や追加料金有無が違いますが、一人づつ別のコースでもOK、というのが良いですね。各人の好みに合わせて自分なりのコース構成が選べます！
アミューズはスライスされたパンにのった鶏レバーペースト。臭みは全くなく、まったりとした味わい。前菜はサーモンと帆立のタルタルとレバーのムース・パテ。どちらもしっかりとした味付け、白ワインがすすみますね。。野菜もフレンチドレッシングとしっかり絡んでます。
スープは王道のオニオングラタンスープ。玉ねぎの甘み、チーズの香ばしさ、とろとろの具、絶妙のハーモニー。
メインは牛ヒレのパイ包み焼き。赤身肉は柔らかく、肉の旨みを感じます。少し甘めのソース（マルサラ酒？）ともよく合いますね。これは赤ワインがすすみます。最後のデザートも何種類かから選べます。
かなりボリュームのあるコースで大満足。王道のビストロ料理も少しだけ日本人向けにアレンジされている感じがして、どの料理もしっかりと美味しいですね。普段使いなら、前菜＋メインをアラカルトで、というのもアリかも。
