Food Homemade ``Hosouchi Udon'' made fresh every morning with umami soup stock
The chef at the new Kurohatei is focusing on creating homemade ``Hosouchi Udon.'' We use domestic wheat, knead it with salt from the Kurosan sea of Hachijojima, and boil it freshly in a cauldron every morning. Please enjoy ``Hosouchi Udon'', which has a chewy and elastic texture and a refreshing taste that is easy for women to eat, with the strong flavor of bonito and kelp in the umami soup stock.

Spreading out in the second-floor hall is a powerful touch of ``Iwami Kagura Fusuma Paintings'' with six sliding doors depicting large snakes painted by Takatetsu Yamafuji, a young Kagura artist active in Iwami, Shimane. It depicts a Kagura painting of Susanoo no Mikoto facing the eight-pronged serpent.This is a one-of-a-kind fusuma brush painting, and we highly recommend that you see it as a new attraction in Kagurazaka. There are works.
