夏はちらしがいい♪♪
夏バテ気味で冷たい麺ばかりたべていたけど、流石に麺も飽きてきて。
じゃぁ、何なら食べれるかって考えたら
酢飯に新鮮な魚介が乗ってるちらしでしょう！！
という感じで
上司に探してもらいました。
週一の出勤、熱中症になりそうにながらの
楽しみは美味しいランチ。
クチコミ見てると、
マグロほほ肉ステーキ丼が良さそう。
写真で見た感じの私の好みは北海ちらし
でも値段行くからどうしようかな…と思っていました。
が、上司が握りの月を頼むと言うので
遠慮なく北海ちらしにしました♪♪
オーダーして待っていると
サラダが提供されました。
うさぎになった気分でシャクシャク食べながら
おとなしく待ちます。
10分後くらいかな。
北海チラシが来ました。
ウニの色きれいー
とろーりとして甘く。
ホタテの肉厚具合、貝柱の大きさ、コリコリ感。最高。
イカも柔らかくて美味しい。
玉子はほんのり甘い。食べ応えあり。
酢飯、ふんわり盛られて美味しい。
そして、しじみのお味噌汁。
出汁がきき過ぎず、ふんわりとした味わい。
どちらか、どちらかって言えば薄い方なのかな？
私がお店で頂いてきた中では。
でもね、これが、ご飯との合間にいただくのに
ちょうど良い味付けなのでは、と思いました。
お味噌汁美味しいところは大体全部美味しい。
私の持論…笑
今日は全て私の好みでした。
近所の行きつけのお寿司屋さんの
お寿司食べてもお刺身頼んでも全然満足しなくなっちゃっているところ。
…仕入れが難しいんだと。
だから、このお値段でこの質のものを頂けるっていうのはすごいと思いました。
大満足。
ちなみに上司は握り(月)
雪だったらアナゴの代わりにウニになるって言ってた。
ただ隣の人のをチラ見して判断したので定かでは無いです。
次回は雪頼むのかな？

この内容は頼む人が何が好きかによって
変わってくる気がしますね。
私は前回の北海ちらしのほうが良かったな！と思いました。
