Fresh pasta manufactured at our own factory in Chiba Prefecture. Using only durum wheat from Canada, each piece is carefully crafted by our craftsmen using the no-heat method used in Italy, the home of pasta. The chewy pasta noodles are carefully seasoned by the chef, creating a masterpiece with a fluffy wheat aroma. There is also a menu limited to the Iidabashi store, so be sure to give it a try!
