安定な美味しさ
一言で定義すると、限られた予算内でふぐを美味しく食べれる場所。
ビールを飲んだら、予算オーバーしてしまいますが笑
本日頼んだコースは『醍醐コース』。
こちらは、付き出し（湯引き）・てっさ・唐揚げ・てっちり・雑炊・デザートで
6,000円（税込）。あとはビールとかお酒を少し頼みました。
正直ふぐ自体の美味しさはまだあんまり分からないです。
ただ、ポン酢がうまく、ポン酢とフグの相性が抜群なのは確か。
おかげで、付き出し、てっさは大満足でした。
ただ、唐揚げについてはコスパがどうかなーと思いました。
というのも、骨が多く肉が比較的少ないんですね、、
まぁ肉オンリーの唐揚げもあるんですが、それはかなり少なく金額対比で考えると
ちょっともったいない気がしました。
で、最後のてっちりと雑炊でお腹をいっぱいにして満腹感を感じるってのがこの店の
一連の流れ。
ということで、てっちり＋雑炊だけ頼むってのが一番コスパ＋満足度高い方法なのかもと
思いました。

大晦日ということで、お休みのお店が非常に多い中、本日お邪魔したのは神楽坂の玄品ふぐさん。
こちらはなんと年末年始ずっと営業されているとか。（ご苦労様です）
本日頼んだ料理は醍醐コース。
まずは付き出し（湯引き）とてっさから入るのですが、特にてっさはポン酢につけて
食べると最高に美味しかったです。
その後はふぐの唐揚げで、こちらもレモンとの相性が抜群！
そして、ふぐの鍋（てっちり）とお雑炊といった順番で続くのですが全て味が本当に
美味しかったです。
デザートでは最後にバニラのアイスかゆずのシャーベットを選択できます。
これほどたらふく食べて一人あたり4,000円台なので非常にコスパ良すぎかと思います。
やはりここは定期的に食べたいですし、足を運んで絶対に損しないお店だと思います！
