今年は毎年恒例の山梨フルーツ旅に行けませんでした。
なので、山梨のワイナリーでやってるんだかどうだかはよくわからないのですが
同じ名前のお店に行ってきました。
gotoでの利用で、
”＜お得！スペシャルペアリングセット＞
おすすめのオードブル４種とぴったりのマリアージュワイン４種付！ソムリエエクセレンスが丁寧にご案内します♪”
というセットを当日に予約して行ってきました。
4種のオードブルとワイン4種で2800円というかなりお得なプランです。
お店は程よくソーシャルディスタンスな感じの入りでした。
ソムリエ？のおじさんはかなり早口というか、バタバタ？していて最初ちょっとびっくりしたんですが
それに慣れるとけっこうないい人で、親切でした。
4種の前菜の前にリエットとカリカリフランスパンがで出てきたのですが
これはお通し代500円とあって、それかな。
さらに前菜の後にあたたかいフランパンも出てきて、良心的。
4種の前菜はけっこう手が込んでいて、
添えられた野菜１つとってもマリネしてあったり、手が加えてあって、
一品一品食べていて楽しくなりました。
特になすのテリーヌみたいなのはすごくおいしかったです。
ペアリングされたワインも飲みやすいし、量が少なめなので
あまりお酒が強くない私たちでもお料理にあわせて変えられて良かったです。
このくらいの量なら4杯も飲めるんだなあ～！
のんびり食べたら、これだけでもけっこうお腹が膨らむんですが
追加で2品お願いしました。
甲州産麦芽ビーフのカルパッチョ オリエンタル風ソースで 1600円
これは痛恨のミスチョイスでした。
カルパッチョの下にすごい量のスライスオニオン！
お連れ様も私も生の玉ねぎが食べれないので、お肉しか食べれなかった。
これは多分オニオンスライスあってのお料理ですね。
残しちゃって申し訳なかったです。
もう一品
うにのクリームスパゲティ 1750円
とても濃厚なクリーム仕立てのうにのパスタでした。
最後にがつんとくるボリュームと濃さを味わってお腹いっぱい。
さらにぶどうジュースを一杯ずつ飲んで、終了。
税込みで12,480円でした。
残してしまった量を考えると、私たちくらいだと、
ペアリングのセットとあと1品でも十分だったかも。
