当店のオーナーさんとは何度も神楽坂、オカビーの会員制ワインバーでご一緒しています。
毎度偶然居合わせているのですが。。。
前日にテリーヌ・ドゥ・ショコラを購入、雰囲気がよさそうだったので、早速、表敬訪問してみました。
緑色のドア、赤のソファ、いかにもフランスにありそうなビストロのデザインの店内です。

マロワルにあった修道院の修道僧により作られた、粘りある組織としっかりとしたコクあり。
神楽坂から折れた路地、さらに細い路地の先に忽然と現れるビストロ ル・コキヤージュ。
このシチュエーション好きだなぁ！
店内のイメージもよく、雰囲気良好。
料理の味わい良好、また、この内容におけるボリュームのCPはとてもいいですね。

オカビー曰く、「テリーヌ・ドゥ・ショコラがやたら旨いです」とのことだったので、早速、テイクアウトしてみました。
◆Terrine do Chocalat (3,600円 税込)
めちゃくちゃ濃厚ですね！
しっかりした甘味、ほのかな苦味、ほぼ酸味はなく、もちろん後味にもほとんど酸味が残らない、これは好みです。
冷蔵庫で保管しましたが、切ってみると、どんどん柔らかくなります。
