以前予約したものの、当日に体調崩して行けずだったル コキヤージュさんにようやく訪問。
同行者との話に夢中で名前全く覚えてない笑
アミューズは春を感じるそら豆としらすを使った一皿。
アントレには、サーモンマリネとブッラータチーズ、パプリカとナスのアンチョビを使ったマリネ、フリットしたホワイトアスパラとあさりと生ハムの、、美味しかったやつ笑
肉好きの同行者ご希望でメインは鴨ローストと和牛ステーキのダブル肉で
味も強過ぎず良い塩梅の塩味で、一皿あたりの量もちょうど良く満腹になり過ぎずだったので、
一口一口ちゃんと味わいながらいただけました
頼むつもりだったのですが、
初めにお伝えした食べられない食材を出してしまったとのお詫びで、
こちらのお店といえばのテリーヌドゥショコラをお出しいただきました。
ねっとり濃厚なチョコの味わいがたまらない、、！
一皿一皿がただただ美しく、そしてただただ美味しい。
終始スタッフさんの細やかなお気遣いもまた満足感を高めてくれるステキなお店でした！
