前菜から野菜類9種が木箱に入って提供され、その後28種の野菜を使った大盛り海鮮サラダ ここまで相当な量です。野菜が新鮮なのと処理が適切なので、食べやすいです。肉料理は鴨、羊、鹿、馬、牛、鳥から選ぶことができますが、付け合わせの穀類と共に、油を使わずに焼いたものだと思います。私は馬を選びましたが、まあ普通と言った感じでした。むしろ付け合わせの芋が美味しかったです。酒類も豊富で価格もリーズナブルですので、野菜料理をつまみに飲みたい方にはいいお店かと思います。ただ、肉や魚介類をガッツリ食べたい人には向かないです。デザートは3人それぞれ違うものが提供されるのは面白いと思いました。お店の雰囲気は他の方の写真にある通り、広くはないですが落ち着いた感じです。
