前菜は小鉢がたくさん
いろんな味が少しずつ楽しめる
2皿目はフォアグラとトリュフの茶碗蒸し
量は少ないけど味がしっかりしてるからちょうど良い
魚料理はオマール海老がぷりぷりでとても美味しい
肉料理は鴨、羊、豚、牛、馬から選べる
鴨を選んだけど細かく切られていて少し物足りなかった
