都内に3店舗を構えるタイ料理の百名店、全てのメニューに写真と説明文が付き、初心者にも優しいし、全メニューがメチャクチャウマそう
リオビール
プー・ニム・トード ・ガティアム／ ソフトシェルクラブのにんにく炒め
ポピア・ソット／具沢山の生春巻き 2本
パッ・タイ／エビ入り焼きビーフン
を注文、4700円、適切な価格
リオビールは、シンハビールと同じグループが発売したビール、苦味が少なく薄味で飲みやすい
プーニムは、脱皮直後の柔らかいカニである、ソフトシェルクラブをニンニクと黒胡椒で仕上げたもの
ニンニクも黒胡椒も強すぎず適度な味わいだが、なんといっても食感が良い、柔らかいとはいえ殻も余裕で噛み切れる
人生初ソフトシェルクラブだったが、好きだわコレ、柔らかさとボリゴリ感を併せ持って、なおかつ味も旨味が染み出る
ポピアはいわゆるベトナム風の生春巻き、キャベツやニンジンが刻まれ、海老の入った具材をライスペーパーが包む
モッチモチの皮とシャキッとした新鮮な野菜がいいねぇ、ソースも抜群に上出来でビールが進むったら
このソースはヌクチャムというんだっけか？辛さと甘さと酸味が同時又は交互に来る三層構造の味はいつ食べても鮮烈で衝撃、最高の発明
〆はパッタイにした、アジア料理屋は、カオマンガイやガパオライスなどのご飯からフォーなどの麺まで魅力的な〆が多すぎる
味付けは甘さ先行、その中にもピリ辛や酸味はあり、ピーナッツがもたらす歯応えもある、過去一ウマイパッタイだった
総合的に全てがハイレベル、価格も高いがそれに見合ったクオリティは発揮してる、新橋にもあるし、そっちにも再訪しよかな
