エドモント開業35周年記念ランチコースメニュー「山萩」にチャレンジです。
鮑の鉄板焼き＆黒毛和牛鉄板焼きの両方を味わえる欲張りメニュー！
サラダ、鮑の鉄板焼、焼野菜、黒毛和牛サーロイン、ガーリックライス、味噌汁、香の物、シャーベットと充実の内容です。
アワビステーキの冬瓜ソースが出来栄え芳しく、ビックリ。
サーロインステーキは80gながら、大満足。
コスパは良く、全体的に好印象な内容です。
今回は鉄板焼好きな方とご一緒でしたが、私的には未だ会食を楽しめる段階ではなく。。
