まさに、ホテルのレストランという雰囲気のお店です。
鰹の炙り、鮑の鉄板焼き、選べる和牛（フィレを選びました）、選べるごはん（ガーリックライスを選択）という内容ですが、全体的に上品で女性でもぺろりといただける内容でした。
食べるのが遅い私も、目の前で焼いたものをだされると熱々のおいしいうちに食べようと思って、つられてさくっと早く食べ終わってしまいました。
新潟の地ビールの生ビールがあって、いただいたのですがとてもおいしかったです。
