2023年7月のとある土曜日の17時過ぎに訪ねた。
飯田橋駅から徒歩3,4分ほどの場所にあるビル5階のイタリアンレストラン「エノテカ ピッツェリア 神楽坂 スタジオーネ」。
予約している旨を伝えてテーブル席に2人で座る。
西日が眩しいタイミングではあった。テラスでも食事が出来る店だが、この日のテラス席は予約で埋まっていた。
まずはスパークリングワイン「サンテロ ブラック ブリュット」¥900で乾杯をして喉を潤す。スッキリとした味わいのスパークリング。
イタリア産フレッシュチーズの盛り合わせ ¥2,200：4種のチーズにバゲットとレーズン、ジャムが盛り込まれたプレート。ブルーチーズは程好い塩気で意外に食べやすい。パンも付いてくるので、チーズに合わせながらスパークリングワインと共に味わう。
ピッツァ マルゲリータ D.O.C ¥2,600：上質なモッツァレラチーズとトマトソースの組み合わせが楽しめる「ピッツァ マルゲリータ D.O.C」。食べ応えのあるサイズで生地の香ばしさが心地好いピッツァ。甘みと酸味と程好い塩気と香りが楽しめる一枚を満喫した。スパークリングワインから赤ワイン「ドンカルロ ロッソ」¥900に切り替えて楽しんだ。
黒毛和牛イチボのロースト 3種の天然塩で ¥4,200：程好く火入れがされた野菜と共に提供される黒毛和牛イチボのロースト。ジューシーなイチボはクセが無く肉の旨味がしっかりと楽しめる。赤ワインと共に味わうには実に良い。塩で味わうイチボの肉質は確かなもの。ししとう、オクラ、インカのめざめ等の野菜と合わせて食べるのも楽しい。
落ち着いた雰囲気の店内で会話を楽しみながら食事が出来る「神楽坂 スタジオーネ」。ピザの美味しいイタリアンレストランだが、程好いカジュアルさもあるので使い勝手の良い店。仲間同士でテラス席で利用するのも良さそう。
