入り口すぐに生け簀があってイカ、伊勢海老、貝などがお出迎えしてくれます。生きていて泳いでいるのでお子様なんか連れて行くと喜ばれそう。
電話を入れて伺ったのですがホールスタッフが3名突っ立ったままで誰も気づかない…(店内空いています)
最初に生ビールを注文。
グラスは冷えているけど生ビールが常温でした。飲んだ瞬間連れと目を合わせてしまうほど…
店員さんにビールがぬるい事を伝えるも、サーバーの調子が悪いんですの一言で済まされました。
いつもは冷たいとの事。瓶ビールを注文されてはいかがでしょうかとアプローチを受け、渋々頼みましたが…もう、モヤモヤします。
イカ刺しは確かに透明だしコリコリしていました。
でも、それだけ。
本当にそれだけ。
スタートでコケまくるとすぐ2件目の店を探したくなります。
味は好みなどあるから合う合わないは仕方ないとは思います。
でもそれ以前にホスピタリティとか細かい気配りとかミスした時の対応がいいと心が動かされる時もあります。
個人的にはとても残念な気持ちになりました。
イカリングのタルタルは美味しかったです。
とても勉強になりました。
