江戸川橋駅の南側にあるとんかつ屋。
夜に行くととんかつをベースにした居酒屋っていう感じな。
平日の夜に訪問しました。
生ビールはプレモル。
お通しは煮物。
ちょっと甘めで、鶏のすき焼き風みたいな味。
若鶏の葱おろしポン酢は、プリッとした鶏にサッパリとしたポン酢がいい相性。
生牡蠣はかなり大きい。
シャキッとした歯応えとふんわりとした磯の香りで美味しい。
ポテトサラダは士幌の芋らしいです。
大振りの角切りで、甘さのあるじゃがいも。
じゃこ天は軽く温められています。
醤油と生姜で美味しく。
大海老フライは本当に大振りの海老。
とんかつはロースとヒレで。
肉質は柔らかく、衣はサクッと。
ソースもいいけど、塩レモンが更に良い。
とんかつで飲みというのはさほど多くないけど、結構いいですね。
