At the store I visited for the first time, I received something called "Silk Soba - 1200 yen". I'm a soba fan, but this was my first time trying something called "Silk." In conclusion, the soba has a wonderful texture and smooth texture, and is a different level of deliciousness than any other soba I've ever eaten. You can eat it as is, or dip it in a soup. It's even better if you mix it with the special olive oil that comes with it! According to the owner, it's made with edible powdered silk. This unique taste is irreplaceable. Ah, the volume is quite good lol. I shared a small portion of the "Red Rice Soba - 1000 yen" that my colleague ordered, but it had a different taste and was also good. I believe that this restaurant's soba is excellent in its original construction, even without relying on silk or red rice. Tempura (2 servings, 2000 yen) includes shrimp, chicken, maitake mushrooms, lotus root, pumpkin, and shishito peppers? Assortment of 6 luxurious items. The batter is more fluffy than crispy, and the inside is perfectly cooked. The chicken was tender and the lotus root was crunchy, delicious. It looks quite voluminous, so it feels like a good deal. The phrase ``a soba restaurant in a back alley in Kagurazaka'' may raise some psychological hurdles, but even a commoner like me was able to enjoy a meal that suited my ``personal stature'' lol. On top of that, it also has the atmosphere typical of Kagurazaka, making it a "hideaway". This is one of the soba restaurants that I want to come back to again. This time I was in a hurry, so I only had soba and Tempura, but next time I would like to enjoy a variety of a la carte dishes as side dishes. Thank you for the meal.
