リーズナブルな料金設定で500種類ものワインが揃えられています。
ワインと一緒にいただく料理は本格イタリアン。
前菜もパスタもメインのお肉も美味しくて、とても満足度の高い料理です。
ただ、こちらはワインを飲む人限定のお店。
そして人数によって何本以上飲まなくてはならないというシバリもあります。

場所は飯田橋駅 B3出口から徒歩3分ほど。
神楽坂を一本奥に入った所にあります。(地図アプリだと少々分かり難いようなのでご注意を)
店内はそう広くはないフロアに、狭めの席間で26席。
活気があって、皆さんとても楽しそう。
料理はアラカルトの他、エノテカコース(3,800円)とヴィータコース(4,800円)の2種類。
両コース共料理6皿ですが内容が違い、4,800円の方は4名以上からの受付になります。
本日はヴィータコースを注文。
ワインは8名での訪問で最低6本を注文するよう予約時にお約束。

◆【ブラータとアンチョビ、カラフルトマト】
赤色・黄色・緑色・オレンジ色など数種類の甘くて濃厚味のミニトマトのサラダ。
プーリア産のブラータチーズと、シチリア産のアンチョビのハーモニーが美味しい。
◆【ハマグリのバッポーレ、ウニのせ】
蒸したハマグリに、ウニをたっぷりのせて。
完熟トマトとエストラゴンのケッカーソース。
◆【活車海老のボリート トラパニ風】
茹でた車海老にたっぷりのソース。
美味しいソースは添えられるパンに付けていただきます。
◆【寒ブリのカルパッチョ サルサヴェルデ添え】
半レアのブリをドライトマト、ドライ唐辛子の甘酢漬けなどとヴェルデソースでいただきます。
刻みパセリもたっぷり振りかけられてます。
◆【うさぎのラグーパスタ】
イタリアの茸「カルドンチェリ」と合わせて。
特にクセはなく食べやすくて美味しい。

鹿児島県北部の名牛「さつま福永牛」のステーキをスライスして。

ご夫婦二人で切り盛りしているので多少皿出し等はゆっくりめですが、感じの良い接客と美味しい料理とワインなので人気なのも納得の素敵なお店でした。
