イタリアン好きの友人からのおすすめで伺いました。
予約必須と伺っていた通り満席でしたが、私達は当日の午後の予約で運良く入れました。
コースが3千円台と驚きの価格。
ボリュームしっかりの前菜が順々に運ばれてきます。
素朴なトラットリアらしいお味で、どれもホッとするお味で食欲も進みます。
生ハム、サラミの盛り合わせ、カルパッチョのサマートリュフ添えなどどれも美味しかったのですが、一番印象に残ったのは、殻付きの大きな蛤にフレッシュトマトと雲丹、ハーブをのせたもの。
スタンダードな食材に雲丹やサマートリュフなどが添えられるとテンションも上がるものです～
パスタもボリューミーでこれで3千円台？？とコスパの素晴らしさに驚きます。
ワインはイタリア各地面白いワインのラインナップで価格も良心的でした。
この日は、シチリアで好きな生産者ベナンティのエトナビアンコとベナンティの赤は切らしているとのことでしたので、同じネレッロマスカレーゼのエトナロッソで、シリオという生産者の樹齢90年以上のプロフィロキセラのワインをマダムにお勧め頂きオーダーしました。
