I made a reservation at this restaurant thinking I was going to have dinner with my family. First of all, when I entered this store, I realized what a cute store it was! That's what my family thought. Since we had asked for courses, they were served in order. First, an assortment of appetizers. Vegetable omelet, meat terrine, and assorted tomatoes. The vegetable omelet has a gentle texture and brings out the flavors of each of the three colored vegetables! The meat terrine has a variety of textures and goes well with the pickles on the side. Tomatoes of various sizes and colors are delicious served with sorbet or sauce. The next hot appetizer was sea urchin bon fam. I wonder if it tastes like shrimp miso. It's very tasty and baguette provided goes well with it. Next is the main fish dish, red sea bream poire. The skin is crispy and the flesh is plump. It comes with bouillabaisse sauce and soft Chinese cabbage. The main meat dish is grilled venison. The layered fried potatoes, demi-glace sauce, and pepper on the meat create an irresistible harmony. As for drinks, I wasn't confident enough to finish the bottle, so I ordered a glass of wine. In the end, I ended up drinking white, white, and red to go with the food. Dessert is Sabalan, pineapple and Western liquor sorbet. Finally, we drank some coffee and called it a day. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and it was a very satisfying dinner for my family.
