ここを訪れるのは、恐らく10年ぶり位。昔々、会社の先輩達と夜の飲みで訪問
した事がありますが、ランチでは初訪問です。
こちらを訪れようと思ったのは、能登半島地震の復興支援の一環。募金はして
ますが、それ以外にすぐ出来る事といったら、能登地方の商品を買ったり、
能登地方の食材を飲み食いする事。
と言う事で、こちらを目指した訳です。
ちょっと急な階段を下りて靴をぬいで中に入ります。靴は店員さんが出し入れ
してくれます。
段差に気を付けながら案内された部屋へ。こちらは一応完全個室です。
訪問時間は14時、先客は恐らく2組ほど、後客2名です。
掘りごたつのこじんまりした部屋で卓上のメニューを眺め、やっぱ丼かなって
能登海鮮丼（1,500円）をお願いします。
地下って事もあり、電波の入りが今一つですが、FreeWi-Fiが助かります。
スマホいじりながら、結構な時間待ちます。5分経ち、10分経ち。15分近くに
なる頃には、かなりイライラがつのります。
その様子を見ていたであろうホールの女性スタッフが何やら厨房と話してます。
そして、オーダーから20分ほどした所でホールの女性スタッフがオーダーの確認
にやってきます。
え、今確認！？
まさか今から作るんですかと問うと、いえ今刺身切ってますからと。
どうも厨房がオーダーを忘れていた感がヒシヒシと感じられます。
結局オーダーから提供まで25分です。提供時、ごゆっくりどうぞと言われますが、
ゆっくりしている時間などありません。
ササっと食べて速攻事務所に戻らなければならないので、まずはサラダを。
そして丼に取り掛かります。キレイに盛り付けられたこの日のネタは、鰤、真鯛、
鰆、平目の4種です。
能登直送の魚たち、脂の乗りは普通かな。美味しいのですが、期待した程では
無かったか。
ボリュームも普通、とにかくサクッと食べ切らなければと。ゆっくり味わうって
感じでは無く、慌ただしくかき込む感じ。
ちょっと残念なランチになっちゃいました・・・
