ランチ店の新規開拓、今日は和食。「叶え」さんに初訪問。お店の前を通ることはありましたが、お店が地下なのでランチ営業されてるかが今ひとつわからす、これまでスルーしてました。
B1に降りていくとちょうど店員さんがおられて、「入口で履物を脱いでお上がりください」と。
能登料理のお店のようで、ランチメニューはお刺身、海鮮丼など8種類。価格帯は¥1,000、1,200、1,500。天ぷらやカレーもあり、オプション追加が¥300。今回はこちらをいただきました。
◆アジフライ御膳_¥1,200
揚げたてアジフライは開きではなく切り身が4つで、野菜天(さつまいも、ししとうなど)との盛合せ。ご飯の量はやや少なめ。私にはちょうどいいが、もう少し欲しい人もいるかも。
器に大根おろしの上にワサビが乗せられてて「お醤油でどうぞ」とのこと。定番は醤油、ソース、タルタルなどですが、この組み合わせは初めて。さっぱりして美味しゅうございました。ごちそうさまでした。
