The owner grew up with a love for meat from an early age because his family owned a butcher shop. After working for 5 years at a wholesaler and 8 years at a famous Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, he opened Nikubouzu. We have a relationship of trust with wholesalers that we have cultivated over many years, a well-trained aesthetic eye, and a sophisticated technique for cutting meat to the best thickness without sacrificing its flavor. Our passion for meat has spread to meat lovers, and now we have many customers visiting our store. This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant where a love for meat creates relationships with people.

We also handcraft our side menu items with great faith, such as rib soup made by slowly simmering beef bones and vegetables for 8 hours, and ``Nikubozu special Dandan noodles''. There are also plenty of dishes that go well with alcohol, such as the soft stewed beef tendon stew and the deeply spicy homemade kimchi platter.
