以前から気になってはいたが、この店に入るのは初めて。隣の焼き鳥屋さんもかなりおいしいのだが、がっつり頂くことにしてこちらにした。
かなりのこだわりを感じさせる店構え、うまいものしか出さないといった店主の意気込みを感じる看板だ。A4,A5肉を扱っているようだが、A5だけになっていないところに、目利きしてます感が感じられる。
まずは、おすすめの3種盛り。みすじ、ランプ、下駄カルビ、など5種類をひときれづつ頂ける。店主お勧めのたれ、醤油さわび、出汁レモン、コショウなどで頂く。どれも抜群の旨さ、それから素材に絶妙に隠し包丁も入れてある。お店の方が説明しながら、最初だけ焼いてくれるのだが、油が落炎が上がらないように、網部分ではなく鉄板部分で焼いてくれる。お手本になる焼き加減も絶妙だ！。極上カルビもピンク色に焼くだけ、とろける感じで、噛むというよりほろほろ溶ける肉だ。ワサビ塩で頂いたが、油とマッチしてより甘さが感じられる。
沢山食べる人には向かないと思うが、少量いろいろ食べたい人には向いていると思う。お酒2杯頂いて、2人で6000円弱。大満足だった。また寄らせてもらいます。
