4/28夜、会社の同僚6名で訪問。
事前にwebで写真を見る限り
韓国の家庭料理店的な雰囲気で
気楽に和牛焼肉を味わえる印象。
店内に入るとその印象以上にアットホームな雰囲気。
極肉盛り5種を人数分(みんな人数分頼むそうだ)と、
極タン、ホルモン盛り合わせ、
生セン、幻のカルビ(タレ)、
極肉すき(だっけ？)、キムチ盛り、
ナムル二種などをオーダー。
極肉盛り5種はミスジ、ハラミ、ランプ、イチボ、極上カルビ。
一番硬いはずのランプでも極上の柔らかさ。
一方で、やはりこのクラスになるとカルビは少し脂っこい。
ただ脂が良質なので腹に貯まる感じではない。
肉すきは薄切りのタレ肉を焼き全体に広げて焼き、
レアで卵を絡めて頂くが、
おすすめとあって流石に旨かった。
このクラスの肉になると旨くないはずは無く、
あとは店の雰囲気が好みに合うかどうかが重要だが、
ここは神楽坂界隈にありがちな洒落乙な雰囲気とは違い、
わいわいガヤガヤとしながらウマイものを素直にウマイと叫べる雰囲気が良い。
(途中叫びすぎてお店にたしなめられたが)
最後に個別部位としてトウガラシをタレでオーダー。
個人的にこれがサシと赤みのバランスが一番好みでおいしく頂けた。
全体的にタレより塩が良く、日本酒にも合った。
スタッフの教育はこれからだと感じたので、
サービス面では星を減らしたが、
店主の愛想も良く、贔屓にしたいお店です。
