海外から一時帰国中の友人夫妻と大人4人で訪問。
調理している様子を見ながら食事できるカウンター席はライブ感たっぷりで、目と舌でお料理を楽しみました。
豊かな発想力で生み出されたお料理はどれも絶品でした。野菜や果物も、普通私が調理する方法とは全く違った手法で、かつ自由な組み合わせで調理されており、しかもそれがビックリする程美味しく、新鮮な味わいで、友人も喜んで堪能していました。
お店の方の丁寧な接客も心地良かったです。
