神楽坂にあるこちらの隠れ家和食屋さんに
友人と二人で伺いました。
以前、友人がこちらで貸切会をしており
気になっておりました。
大通りから一本外れたところにあり、
この小道にお店が？という初回だと
迷ってしまうかもしれません。
京都の細い道を通っているような感じで
風情がありますね。
この日は、コースを予約しておりました。
まずは、ワインで乾杯です。
●半熟卵にうに、いくら、明太子、
キャビア、シソの実が乗っている
一口で食べるのがもったいない
贅沢な一品です。
●盛り合わせ
・豆腐とカリフラワーのすり流し
・ワカサギの南蛮漬け
・金目鯛鮨 バルサミコ酢
・クワイのオランダ煮 黒七味
・和牛のべっから漬け
根セロリのソース
●赤蕪のすり流しと白子の天ぷら
白子がとろけて滑らか食感です。
熱々でとっても美味しいです。
●ぶりのお刺身
菜の花、金柑ソースで頂きます。
●大根のステーキ
海老芋の唐揚げを添えて。
牛肉の出汁で炊いている大根が
味が染み込んでおり、とっても
ジューシーです。
こんなに厚みがあるのにすごいですね。
添えてある伊予柑には、
トリュフオイルがかかっており、
お口直しに良いですね。
●あん肝 揚げ出し豆腐
ポン酢シャーベットかけ
滑らかで、あん肝のコクが楽しめる
創作揚げ出し豆腐ですね。
●高菜じゃこ茶漬け
美味しいお出汁がたっぷりと
かかったお茶漬けです。
ほっとしますね。
●お漬物
・昆布の佃煮
・白菜のおは漬け
→浅漬けのイメージ
・茄子のぬか漬け
●デザート
京人参の羊羹
白味噌アイス
和風のデザート美味しかったです。
最後は、風味の良いほうじ茶を頂きました。
とっても美味しかったです。
