金曜日の夜に予約して2名で訪問。
キッチンを囲むようにカウンター席がコの字になっています。
満席で席と席の間は狭めでガヤガヤしています。
お料理は創作割烹という感じで、他では食べたことの無いようなものばかりで楽しかったです。
美味しいものもありましたが、味付けは全体的にボヤっとしていて、〆のあおさご飯？は生臭くて残してしまいました。
ほぼ一斉スタート、提供なので、大量のお皿をカウンター前に並べられ準備されていきます。(まな板の上にもお皿を並べていました。)
あまりいい景色ではありませんでした。
まだ食べている途中のものを確認されず下げられたのは少し悲しかったです。(美味しかったのでよけいに)
店員の方が考え事？をしている時に、まな板の食材が乗る面にボールペンをカンカン打ち付けていて、少し見ていて不愉快になりました。
コスパは良いと思うので、そういうのを割り切れる人は行ってもいいかなと思いました。
