10数年前にハワイの支店に伺う機会があり、とても美味しかったので東京でも行きたいとBMしていましたが、会社同僚と行く機会が出来、予約して金曜日の19時頃お邪魔しました。
お店は東西線神楽坂駅から徒歩５分くらいのところにあります。路地を少し入ったところにあり、雰囲気は抜群。入店する前に気分がアガります。
店内はこのお店の特徴であるオープンキッチン＆この字型カウンターでライブ感溢れるいい雰囲気。ホタルイカを使った突出しから始まり、新玉ねぎを使った前菜盛り合わせ、生姜の効いた炊き込みご飯、デザートまでどれも丁寧な作業で見た目も良くとても美味しいです。最初は赤星で喉を潤し、その後は日本酒を数種類頂きました。
この雰囲気の中、このコース料理を5,000円ちょっとで頂けるなんて、コスパ最強といえると思います。ポーションもちょうど良いので、デートにもオススメです。
