ずっと気になっていたビストロ。
開店直後に予約なしで来店したら、12時45分までならと入れてもらえた。万全を期すなら予約した方がよさそう。
メニューは前菜とメインを選べるミディ(3品)を選択。
アミューズはツナのコロッケ。
これはスナック的な味。食欲増進。
【前菜:フレッシュサーモンのマリネ ミントの香り ごまとわさび 松の実のアクセント】
分厚いサーモン。ポワレにしたらメインになりそうなボリューム。
わさびがツンと来るかと思えば全然そんなことはなく、ミントもごまもわさびもマリアージュして、ハーブの香りの後味すっきりなマリネ。
松の実、食感が加わって良いアクセント！
【本日の魚料理 マグロの串焼 アンチョビソース】
空飛ぶ串焼。お皿に串が引っ掛けてある。
表面がこんがり香ばしく、中はわずかにレア。
塩味がしっかりついているのでそのままでも美味しく、アンチョビソースをつけるとまろやかになる。
バケットが凄く好き。小麦の味が美味しく、クラムがもちもち。
なにより内装の雰囲気が最高。
石造りの壁がどこかワインカーブのようで、壁にもワインが並んでいる。
店内はお客さんが多いとガヤガヤするのて、静かに話したい時はテラス席が良いかも。
仲の良い人と来たくなるお店。
