花見のランチに選んだル・パリジャン。24年の開花は遅れに遅れて、花見は盛り上がらないが、ここでランチができただけで大満足。ランチでも、ビストロのコース。アミューズに前菜、メインにデザート。昼からワインも飲んで、お上品な花見の宴はさくらが咲いているかは関係なし。久々のエスカルゴにオッソブッコ。フレンチらしい味付けも、適度な加減で見事。デザートも見た目と舌触りとカカオ風味は濃厚でも、甘さは適度にコントロール。このレベルで一人5000円は神楽坂の立地を考えても超リーズナブル。さくらは美味しいものを頂く理由でしかありませんでした。
