嫁が東京に遊びに来たので、お昼は蕎麦屋さんにしました。神楽坂駅から近く、便は良いですね。11時45分頃でしたが、丁度満席でした。結構な待ちを覚悟しましたが、2階席を準備して頂きまして、10分程度の待ちで入店できました。ありがたいです♪
嫁は海老天せいろ、私は海老天そば、ビールと鰊の旨煮をシェアしました。ビールと鰊が先に提供されましたが、鰊が美味い。そばの期待値は自然に上がります。笑
で、そばですが、関西人の私にとっては、カツオ強めですが、色は薄めで美味しいお出汁です。そばともよくマッチしています。また、天ぷらが美味い！カラッと上がっていて、別皿で提供なのは嬉しい限りです。じっくり味わったはずですが、箸が止まらないので、サッサと完食です。全てがおいしかったです。ごちそうさまでした。ありがとうございます♪
