四川料理の有名店「芊品香」さんが店名を変えてリニューアル。
リニューアル記念キャンペーンで11月中は麻婆豆腐定食が200円引き。
他の客はほとんど麻婆豆腐を注文していました。
しかし、芊品香といえばよだれ鶏。
多数のメディアで紹介されている人気メニューなんだとか。
◆本場四川よだれ鶏（900円）
辛さが7段階から選べるので3段階目の中辛で。
ちなみに中辛が店の標準で、指定無しだと中辛になるようです。
注文してから2分ほどで料理が出てきました。
超早いですね。
これはウマい！！
よだれ鶏にして正解！！
鶏肉はしっとり柔らか。
そしてタレがとにかく美味しい。
ボリュームもたっぷり。
こんなに美味しいよだれ鶏は初めてです。
肉とタレが冷たいので温かいご飯との相性抜群！！
美味しすぎてご飯をお替わりしてガッツリ食べてしまいました。
辛さは見た目の割にあまり感じないですね。
これなら大辛や激辛でもいけそうです。
卓上に色々な辛い香辛料が置いてあるので色々試しながら調節しました。
自家製激辛香辛醬というのが辛いけど旨みがあって好みです。
杏仁豆腐も甘くてトロトロで凄く美味かったです。
この定食が900円？
そりゃ人気なわけだ。
いつも混んでいるので今回は初めてでしたが、並んででも食べる価値がありますね。
