We are particular about making a total of 4 types of homemade chili oil by hand, so you can enjoy a taste that is completely different from other stores. It's full of Medicinal Food spices, and not only does it smell good, but it's also healthy for your body.

Our store has a contract with a farm called Onuma Farm in Bando City, Ibaraki Prefecture. We purchase fresh and fragrant coriander and other pesticide-free vegetables directly delivered to us. Even during times when the price of cilantro is skyrocketing, we still offer toppings for free.
