The highly anticipated specially selected Japanese black beef is born from Cape Irago on the Atsumi Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture...and its name is [Irago Black Beef]. Five talented producers came together to produce the highest quality meat possible through repeated trial and error, paying particular attention to feed and water in an environment where the cows do not feel stressed. Not only does it have the natural flavor of the meat, but it's also rich in aroma and has a firm texture that doesn't feel greasy.There are no places in Tokyo that sell it, and it's extremely rare! We use the rare part [chili pepper] that can only be harvested from 1kg to 2kg from one cow!
