牛込神楽坂にあるイタリアン。
お店の多い通りからは少し外れた位置にあり隠れ家チックなお店。
店内はオープンなテーブル席やカウンター席があり。客層は若めの人もいたが、落ち着いたカップル客が多め。
ディナーでワゴンコースを注文。
コース自体は5500円と神楽坂の価格帯にしては比較的お手軽。
前菜、パスタ、メインとどれも素敵で満足度が高め。
前菜はまずナシと豆乳のパンナコッタ。
梨の優しい甘さと豆乳のまろやかさがとてもマッチしている。甘みの中に塩気もあり、食べるたびに味が変わって、最後まで堪能できた。
続いてはワゴンの前菜。たくさんの前菜をワゴンに乗せて紹介してくれるオリジナリティの高いサービス。紹介を聞くだけでワクワクしてお腹が空いてしまう。
2品選べるとのことで、どのメニューも美味しそうだったため、悩んだが秋を味わいたかったため、秋刀魚のコンフィと松葉蟹の霜降りを注文。
新鮮な蟹は1000円の追加料金だったが、ぷりぷりした身。そして、塩だけつけて食べる贅沢な食べ方。
続いていただくのはスペシャリテパスタ。蟹とトマトクリームソースのパスタ。
ランチでこれだけで食べにきたいくらいトマトと蟹の旨味が詰まった絶品パスタ。
メインはひらめのポワレ。こちらも身がふわふわで美味しかった。
自分は肉より魚派なので、魚を頼んだが黒毛和牛のロティもある。
最後は、アールグレイのクリームブリュレ。手作り感のあるブリュレで、アールグレイの優しい味わいが締めにちょうどよかった。
コスパ、美味しさ、楽しさどれも満足だったが、比較的予約も取りやすかったためおすすめ。
