昼に利用
飯田橋商業エリアからちょっと外れた住宅街の中にある路面店のイタリアン。店内は結構広々しており陽光も入るので解放感があります。
事前に3500円のコースを予約の上訪問

となります。
一番よかったのはプリモのタリアテッレ。よくダメなパスタとして例に挙げる事が多い銀座にあったトルッキオの赤座海老のビゴリやオンダTOKYO のスカンピのバヴェッティーネ。立派な高級食材使っておきながらパスタの上にスカンピを乗せただけ(に感じる)お粗末な仕上がり。こちらのタリアテッレは逆に具らしい具は見当たらずタリアテッレをトマトクリームソースで和えただけに見えるこのパスタは名称通りカニの風味が満載で非常に良かった。パスタとして合わせるなら甲殻類の使い方としてはこちらの方が正解に思える。
メインは豚肩ロースのロースト。良い豚だと思いますが、もうちょっと表面ハードに焼いた方が脂の甘味が引き立つと思う。ガルニが冷たい(冷製)ので温製の方が良いかなと思いました。
ドルチェはカッサータ。通常よく提供されてるものよりメレンゲ感はなく滑らか。好みとしてはこちらの方が食感的に良かった。
座った場所的に厨房が見えず認識出来たのは女性スタッフ2名ですが終始対応は良く安心して食事を楽しめると思います。
