美味しいイタリアンワインを堪能
インスタをフォローしており
珍しいワインが入ったと聞いて二軒目で利用
恵比寿のアッカに行ったことがありましたが、
神楽坂はまた一段と雰囲気が違いました。
カウンター席に案内されましたが、
目の前のドライフラワーがとても綺麗で
非日常的な空間で美味しいワインを楽しめます！
神楽坂店は恵比寿店より1.5倍ほど広いらしく
個室や二階席もあるみたいなので用途に合わせて
使いやすいお店になってました。
今回は2軒目の利用だったのでワインだけ。
一杯目はゲヴュルツトラミネールの貴腐ワイン
ゲヴュルツトラミネールの華やかな香りと
貴腐ワインだけどさっぱりとした甘みが絶品でした！
今まで飲んだ貴腐ワインの中で一番おいしくて感動
せっかくなので他の赤ワインもおすすめで頼んでみたら
これもまたフルボディでめちゃくちゃ美味しい、、、
ここで飲むワインはどれもほんとに美味しくて
イタリアワインを飲むならここってくらいおすすめです。
ソムリエさんもとても気さくで
丁寧にワインのことを色々と教えてくれます。
ペアリングコースが人気のようなので、
次こそは一軒目利用としていきたいなと思います。

この間デザートワインを飲みに行ってから
定期的にバー利用してたけどついにコースで来店！
ここでワインと料理を楽しむなら
コースの方が断然お得と言われてようやく..

ワインはイタリアの本格ワイン達で
イタリアンワインを知りたい人にはぴったりです。
お料理はお野菜を中心とした
イタリアン料理でどれもワインに合いました。
特に魚介の温野菜は
魚とか胃のしっかりした出汁とお野菜との相性が
良くてとても気に入りました。
お肉も頬肉をじっくりオーブンで焼いており
ほろほろで柔らかくこれもまた美味しかったです☺️
ワインも好みを伝えれば
その人にあったワインを提供してくれるので
お気に入りのワインに出会える体験もできます！
期待通りのクオリティで今回もほんとに満足でした。
