まさに隠れ家中の隠れ家レストランですね。地図を見ながら行ったのに通り過ぎてしまいました(笑)。入り口は普通にお家の感じ。古い一軒家を丸ごと改装し耐震性も上げて中は綺麗な店内でした。古い家の窓をそのまま生かして、旧神楽坂のテイストも残しており、店内は落ち着いた良い空間でした。
お料理のほうは全て一工夫されていて美味しい。特にジビエ料理が好きなのでメインが鹿肉だったのは良かったですね。旬の食材を選んでいるとのことだったので、またくる時には変わっているかもです。量は少なめですが、コースで品数もあるのでカバー。
ワインも和テイストのワイン中心で他のレストランとは一風変ったマッチング。ワイン選びにはこだわりが感じられましたね。バランスも良かったと思います。
ただし、サービスはやや不満。料理と料理の間が時間が長く他のお客様と作るタイミングとサーブするタイミングを合わせているせいか出すのが遅い。そのため、料理もワインも無い時間がちょこちょこありましたね。もう少しお客さんを見て提供いただけるとなお良いと思いました。またいつかお邪魔したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
