神楽坂らしい前日でも予約できるランチを探していて見つけました。古民家を改装したレストラン。
小道の奥にお店の入口があるので、迷う人も多そうです。
11:30予約で2分ほど前に到着。お店に入ろうとしたところまだ開店してないので外で待っていてくださいとのこと。2分前くらいなら入れて欲しいなと思いながら暑い外へ…開店時間2分後くらいに店主が入口を開けてくれたので待たなきゃいけなかったですね。
接客の方とシェフの2人体制。接客は少し素っ気ないです。
私の頼んだ3000円のランチのコースはサラダから始まり、3種類のメインからひとつ、デザート、ワンドリンク付きというものです。アミューズ付きの4000円のコースもあります。デザートなしの2500円のコースだと2品で終わってしまうので、3000円以上のコースがいいかなと思います。量もかなり少なめなので、店内は女性しかいませんでした。(女性でも腹六分くらいの量…？)
他の方も書かれているように、提供はかなり遅めです。
11:30着席。11:50サラダ12:30メイン13:05デザートくらいだったかなと思います。ゆっくり食事をしながら、話の尽きない女子会なんかで利用するのにいいなと思います。
提供スピードの遅さを払拭するくらいにはお料理は美味しいです。(逆に最初のサラダだけでももう少し早く出せたらかなり満足度の高いお店になりそうですが…)
* 旬のフルーツとハーブサラダ
この日のフルーツは伊予柑。とても綺麗な見た目のガーデンサラダです。マッシュルームがさっぱりと酸っぱめなドレッシングと合っていてとても美味しい。シャキシャキとしたサラダでした。
* 国産牛ほほ肉のワイン煮込み
こちらの定番メニュー。これを食べるためだけに来る価値ありです。今まで食べた牛ほほ肉のワイン煮込みの中でいちばん美味しかった。
脂身も少しあるのに油っぽさはなく、硬いところが一切ないとろけるようなほほ肉でした。ソースも感動的な美味しさです。
* デザート
本日のデザートはミルクアイスにヨーグルトクリームがかかったもの。サクサクのクッキーが砕いて乗せられています。パイン系の果物も下に入っていました。
