日本酒好きの飲み仲間と話題の店に行ってきました。
この日は五月の旬の食材が楽しめる会席コースをいただきました。
＜先附＞
北寄貝ときゅうりの土佐酢掛け
＜八寸＞
「葡萄の甘酒」をはじめ、蕗やつぶ貝のチャンジャ、たこわさ、蛍烏賊の沖漬け、牛蒡など。八寸を食べ始めた時はまだ乾杯のシュワシュワ系を飲んでいたのですが、これは日本酒を合わせずにはいられないということで急いでオーダーしました。
＜お造り＞
シマアジ、マグロ、甘鯛の3点盛りをワイン醤油という珍しい醤油で。
＜焼物＞
甘鯛の塩焼き。
塩が甘鯛の身に馴染んで、塩気ではなく旨味になっている最高の状態でした。
＜箸休め＞
とろろとジュンサイで作った「養老蓴菜」。つるっと一飲みでいただきました。
＜食事＞
最後は滋味あふれる「新生姜御飯の貝出汁茶漬け」で〆。
【日本酒】
日本酒は1種類90mlから注文できるのがいろいろ飲みたい人には嬉しいシステムです。
今回飲んだ日本酒はこんな感じ。
フルーティーなものから生酛系、山廃、最後は20年ものの古酒などいろいろ楽しみました。
