神楽坂で日本酒を楽しみたいなーと思って知人から紹介していただいた「和食日和 おさけと」に伺いました。
80種類以上の日本酒と厳選した和のお料理をいただけるとのことで、とっても楽しみにしての訪問です。
エントランスには杉玉が下げられていて、どんな日本酒をいただけるかワクワクしてきます。
今回はおまかせの会席コースをいただきます。
その前にまずはドリンクをオーダーしましょう…ということでメニューを見たら、本当にたくさんのお酒の銘柄が並んでいます。
全国各地の銘酒揃いで、どんな方でも好みの銘柄が見つけられると思いますよ♪
お店のスタッフさんにお好みを伝えてご提案いただくことももちろん可能です。
と言いながらまずはビールで乾杯(^_^;)
パーフェクト黒ラベルはまさにパーフェクトな泡立ちで美味しい♪
お料理はまず『北寄貝と胡瓜の土佐漬け』からいただきます。
北寄貝の心地よい歯ごたえ。土佐酢も優しい酸味で美味しい♪
ビールはすぐに飲み干して、そうそうに日本酒をいただきましょう♪
のっけから『而今』と『十四代』をいただいてしまいました。
何も言うことのない絶品の銘柄ですね(^^)
お料理は『八寸』です。
・葡萄の甘酒
・蕗と揚げのおひたし
・白芋茎酒盗漬け
・つぶ貝チャンジャ
・蛸山葵
・蛍烏賊 沖漬け
・鶏松風と諸味噌胡瓜 串打ち
・牛蒡の鰹節煮
甘酒は食前酒的にいただきますが、甘さ控えめでスッキリした飲み口。
蛍烏賊は旬まっさかりで身は大ぶり。
芋茎は酒盗漬けというのがお酒好きにはたまらない味わい♪
その他のお料理もすべて、お酒をぐいぐい進めてくれるとても美味しいものばかりでした。
お酒は『TAKARAYAMA』と『紗利』を。
TAKARAYAMAは新潟のお酒ですがあまり聞いたことがない銘柄。
聞くと、こちらのオーナーさんの奥様のご実家の蔵だそうです。
新潟のお酒らしく淡麗ですきっとした飲み口で、素晴らしい味わいでした。
おさけとさんでは絶対飲んでほしい銘柄！
『お造り』は鮪、鮃、甘海老の三種盛り。
ワイン醤油というものでいただきましたが豊かな風味が好印象でした。
『松坂牛網焼き』は最高の火入れ。柔らかさ、ジューシーさは最高級！
日本酒が止まらない〜！と嬉しい悲鳴を挙げながら、『秋鹿』を冷や（常温）で。
しっかりと芯のある強い味わいはさすが秋鹿。大好きです。
箸休めに『養老蓴菜』。とろろと蓴菜をお出汁で伸ばしたもの。
冷製で、きゅーっとスープ感覚で飲めちゃいました。
まだまだ行くよ！と、『鍋島」もいただいてしまいます♪
主張しすぎない控えめの味わい、でも存在感バッチリの鍋島も美味しいですよね。
〆のお食事は『冷やし桜海老茶蕎麦』。
茶蕎麦の冷やしというのが最高ですね〜。
しっかりしたコシの茶蕎麦と、エビの香り豊かなかき揚げのコンビネーションも言うことのない美味しさでした。
本当の最後にもういっぱいだけ！ということで三重錦までいただいてしまいました。
山廃でスキッとした味わいが、余韻をすべて包み込んで体の中に吸い込まれていくようでした♪
豊富な日本酒と、旬の食材を堪能できるとっても素晴らしいお店でした。
日本酒好きの方はもちろん、これから日本酒を楽しんでみたいとい方などにもおすすめです。
私も季節を変えてまた伺いたいなーと言う気持ちでいっぱいです。
