美味しい日本酒とお料理がゆっくり楽しめる素敵な場所があると聞いていざ訪問！
神楽坂から歩いて3分ほど。メインの通りを一本入ったところ，ちょっぴり隠れ家的な感じです。お店の門構えも素敵。
日本酒飲むぞー！と意気込んでいきましたが，さすがに最初からだと飛ばしすぎるかなと思い，まずはビール。
★新潟地ビール スワンレイクビール（950円）。World beer cupなるもので金賞を受賞している超実力派ビールらしい…，こんな素敵なところで仕事終わりにビール飲めるだけで超幸せで美味しいんですが，さらに美味しく感じました！！！
お料理は神楽坂懐石 6500円のコースを注文。

もちろん見た目だけではなく，どれも素敵なお酒のおつまみになってしまう美味しい物ばかり。
というわけでお酒が進み…早速日本酒へ！
お店には利き酒師の方がいらして，好みに合わせて日本酒を色々とおすすめいただけました＾＾
★宝山
お米の甘みが引き出されていて，すっと豊潤な香りが広がった飲みやすい日本酒。お店の方が宝山酒造と縁があるんだとか。猫ちゃんが入ったラベルが可愛くて，ついついパシャリ。

お店じゃないと絶対飲めないシリーズ！！！せっかく来たからこういうの頼まないとね！と奮発（笑）
どれもラスボス級の入手困難なものかと思うのですが，呑み比べといいつつ，
結構な量を入れてくださって，本当に幸せでした。美味しかったです。
・はまち 燻製醤油
・箸休め 冷製 至蜀黍摺り流し
★田酒
さすがの純米酒！口当たりは滑らかで後味は軽やかでフルーティー。
・煮物 もろこし饅頭 海老そぼろ餡掛け
ほっとする優しい甘みの煮物。日本酒とトウモロコシ系のお料理って本当に合う。
★サケエロティック 小布施ワイナリー醸造
ワイナリーさんがワインづくりができない冬の間に作る日本酒。長野県産のお米を使っているとか。
気になる名前の由来などなどはラベルの裏にずら～っと記載してありました，ワイナリーさんのこだわりの深さが感じられました＾＾
・食事 椎茸出汁 冷やし雌株素麺
〆は素麺でちゅるっと！夏も終わりだな～を感じながらさっぱり〆られました。
利き酒師さんにお料理に合った素敵な日本酒を次々とおすすめしていただけたので，とても楽しく飲みすぎてしまいました（笑）でもきちんとお水を出していただけるので、翌朝はスッキリ目覚められました。良いところでいい日本酒飲むの、大事。
お店はどちらの席も半個室なので，他のお客様の声などが気にならず，非常に過ごしやすかったです。
帰り際，入り口の近くの日本酒の冷蔵庫を見させていただきましたが…すんごいラインナップ。
まだまだ飲んでみたいお酒が沢山あることがよ～くわかりました。また行かなくては…！
