先日大阪でペペロンチーノ専門店に行ったので今度はカルボナーラ専門店に行ってみることに
オサレなお店っぽいのでアラ還ジジイ1人では景観を損ねて失礼かと女性管理職に同行を依頼するというランチハラスメントを発動して対応
11時40分ぐらいに到着、ウエイトなし、メニューは通常Ver.の王道に加え韓国風や山椒、ジェノベーゼ、レモン、生わさび、と豊富な構成、この日の限定は生しらす、悩んだ挙げ句生わさびでオーダー
15分弱で着皿、生クリーム未使用とのことながら濃厚なソース、これは旨いわ、更にそのソースと生わさびがいい具合に合う、ピロピロンとレベルアップした感じ
こりゃソースをこのまま食べるのはモッタイナイとバゲットを追加、バゲットもカリカリ熱々の状態で出てきてソースを最後まで堪能、はい大満足
こりゃ絶対に山椒も試してみなきゃ、男性のお一人様もいたので早い時間に来ればアラ還リーマン1人でも耐えれそうな気がする

前回訪問時に気になっていた山椒のカルボナーラを確かめるべく再訪、アラ還ジジイが1人で行くにはやはりちとハードル高めのオサレなお店なので今回もランチハラスメントを発動して女性社員に同行を依頼（そうです、1人焼肉どころか1人ファミレスもできないチキン野郎です）
11時45分頃に到着、ウエイト1名、10分ほどでテーブル席へ、オーダーは当然山椒のカルボナーラ
まずサラダが到着、ドレッシング少なめなのに美味しい、野菜嫌いでも没問題
10分ほどでカルボナーラが着皿、前回の生わさびと同じく山椒との違和感全くなし、ちょいシビパスタいと旨し、濃厚ソースをバゲットにつけて満足フィニッシュ
男性のグループ客もいたりして次からは1人で来れるもんだな
