Visited Kifu in Kagurazaka. This is a Sushi located behind Bishamonten. The owner was originally in charge of the store in Ginza, and apparently opened this store in September 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic. They opened a store during the toughest of times and are protecting the store, so they have a quiet spirit! This time, the client said there was a delicious restaurant there, so we decided to use it as a kind of rally. Well, that's how it's used, but the origin of the store's name seems to be that the store wants customers to spend a relaxing time there, and that the store wants to spend time with the town. I would also like to enjoy the time I spend in the store while savoring the food slowly. The building has a calm, Kagurazaka-like feel, giving it the impression of a hideaway. After receiving a greeting from the calm chef at the L-shaped counter, the course begins.
