We are particular about traditional Edomae sushi, using natural products from the waters around Japan, and preparing the sushi to suit the condition of the fish and the temperature. We offer multiple small plates of snacks that are in season. The nigiri sushi includes white meat, natural tuna, light fish, tiger prawns, sea urchin, and SP conger eel. The sushi rice is specially cultivated Akitakomachi rice cooked in a hagama pot, and a blend of two types of rice vinegar and red vinegar is used to maximize the taste and aroma, and it is prepared in the best condition according to the time of your visit.
We will provide one bottle of Kenzo Estate (one half bottle of Asatsuyu sauce) for every two people. * (This course is limited to two people) We are committed to serving authentic Edomae sushi, using wild fish from the seas around Japan, and preparing them according to the condition of the fish and the temperature. We offer multiple small plates of seasonal snacks. Nigiri sushi includes white fish, wild bluefin tuna, shiny fish, prawns, sea urchin, and special conger eel. The sushi rice is made from specially grown Akitakomachi rice cooked in a feather pot and is blended with two types of rice vinegar and red vinegar to maximize the flavor and aroma, and will be prepared in the best condition according to your time of visit.

We will make the most of the taste and aroma and prepare it in the best condition according to the time of your visit.
